FOA is characterized by constantly carrying out training sessions for its employees, within the framework of compliance with ISO 9001, whose priority is to improve the standards and quality of the factory.
On November 7th, we started with the first 5s audit, to monitor improvements in the different departments of the company. The purpose is that we all contribute as a team to the joint improvement of all administrative and production processes.
We congratulate all colleagues who have already put into practice what they learned in the last workshop.
We will continue working to obtain an organized and harmonious space.
